This page is a reference for source of supply approval and does not imply that materials can be used on MDOT SHA projects without normal quality assurance testing and procedures.

Each item was submitted, tested and approved. Approval procedures are listed with each material category. Contact MDOT SHA for additional information.

When a product is approved or corrections are made, an updated copy of the qualified list is posted online. Refer to the date at the bottom of the list (PDF) for the latest update.

Note

Since December 31, 2019, MDOT SHA has been using MASH 2016-compliant devices for new permanent installations and maintenance replacements on National Highway System (NHS) routes. Exceptions may apply when one of the following occurs:

• A MASH 2016-compliant device does not exist to address the situation; or
• A MASH 2016-compliant device exists but does not meet the state DOT’s needs given project or regional conditions; or
• The device is a temporary work zone device that was in use prior to December 31, 2019 and is still within its normal service life.
